Hell Partners affiliates have certain responsibilities and entitlements:

Obligations

• You must agree to the terms of use when applying to be an affiliate.
• You must verify your account whenever Hell Partners requires it. To do so, you have to provide ID papers, bank statements, and/or utility bills.
• Keep your login details secure and safe from unauthorized access and use.
• You cannot open more than one affiliate account without Hell Partners’ written consent.
• Your affiliate account is not transferable without Hell Partners’ permission.
• You are responsible for creating, operating, and maintaining the affiliate website.
• You must ensure the site is compliant with the law and other regulations.
• You must generate traffic in good faith and avoid fraud and other illegal activities.
• Seek permission from Hell Partners for SMS and email marketing.
• Only use affiliate links and advertising layouts obtained from the company website.
• Ensure that you promote products on suitable sites only.
• Promote responsible gaming.
• Ensure transparency in all your activities under the affiliate program.

Rights

• Direct new customers to the Hellspin and IviBet brands.
• You can use Hell Partners’ intellectual property rights but cannot transfer them.
• Your personal data is protected from other users and any unauthorized third-party access.
• Earn a commission according to the established commission structure.
• Receive a one-off payment in the CPA (cost per action) plan for each new client. The customer must sign up, make a deposit, and fulfill the wagering requirements.

Obligations

• Hell Partners will equip you with all the relevant tools to make your affiliate links implementation efficient.
• The program will register and track transactions by new customers brought in through the affiliate links.
• They will provide monitoring and tracking tools to help you follow your accounts and commissions.
• Hell Partners will use your personal data for the intended purpose only.
• They will not disclose your information to unauthorized parties.
• The program will pay your commissions in accordance with the commission structure.

Rights and Remedies

• They have the right to change the commission structure.
• They can request account verification at any time.
• Hell Partners may correct any commission calculation errors by paying out any underpayments or reclaiming overpayments.
• Hell Partners may suspend or close your affiliate account in case of a breach of the agreement.
• The program may withhold commissions and other payments when investigating irregular activities.
• They have the right to keep part of your commission to offset agreement-breach liabilities.
• Hell Partners has the right to hold on to money left in your affiliate account for more than 3 months. This applies in cases where Hell Partners terminates the affiliate agreement.
• They also have the right to keep all commissions arising from the new customers you directed to Hell Partners as of the termination date.
• They can share your data with authorized third parties, including the police.
• Hell Partners can amend the terms and conditions or replace them at any time and notify you on the website.
